1.We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

2.If you don't receive your order, please contact us (service@ritera.com) within 2 months after dispatch of the order.

For orders within 2 months after dispatch:

Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc. The shipping fee and insurance fee is non-refundable.

Ritera responsibility: Full refund include shipping fee except insurance fee, or resend for products you did not receive.

For orders over 2 months after dispatch：

The order is valid for 2 months after dispatch, overdue requests won’t be accepted.

3.If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact Customer Support (service@ritera.com) within 60 days after your order is placed.

4.Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country. Clothes are a commonly taxed item, so we strongly recommend you check.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN?

We are glad to provide FREE shipping on your FIRST RETURN for any orders!

WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE?

1. We do not accept worn or damaged items that are missing the original tags. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags/packaging attached.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can not be returned.

3. Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS

We do everything in our power to ensure a speedy refund!

1. Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the your total refund amount.

2. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package, and will be issued to the original method of payment.
