Important:

1.We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

2.If you don't receive your order, please contact us (service@riterashop.com) within 2 months after dispatch of the order.

For orders within 2 months after dispatch:

Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc. The shipping fee and insurance fee is non-refundable.

Ritera responsibility: Full refund include shipping fee except insurance fee, or resend for products you did not receive.

For orders over 2 months after dispatch：

The order is valid for 2 months after dispatch, overdue requests won’t be accepted.

3.If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact Customer Support (service@riterashop.com) within 60 days after your order is placed.

4.Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country. Clothes are a commonly taxed item, so we strongly recommend you check.
